Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key channels. This role requires close collaboration with the technical team to translate complex concepts into visually appealing, engaging, and relatable content. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design (posters, banners, infographics) and a knack for crafting compelling copy. Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, automation, and design is a must.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop a social media content calendar, plan campaigns, and ensure timely execution.

  • Content Design: Create visually stunning and creative posters, banners, infographics, and short videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to transform technical concepts into simple, engaging, and creative content for a non-technical audience.

  • Content Writing: Write engaging, clear, and audience-focused copy for posts, captions, and blogs that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

  • AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI-powered tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, and other AI design and automation platforms) to streamline content creation and optimize social media workflows.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and brand identity.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative and creative content strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to refine strategies and boost content effectiveness.

  • Community Engagement: Foster engagement through comments, DMs, and discussions on social media to build a loyal community of followers and potential clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization

  • Experience: 0-3 years

  • Creative Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.

  • AI Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Copy.ai, and other automation platforms for content creation and idea generation.

  • Content Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and creative copy for social media posts, articles, and website content.

  • Social Media Platforms: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of social media analytics to track performance, generate insights, and optimize future campaigns.

  • Tech Collaboration: Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts into clear, relatable, and creative messaging.

  • Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO principles for content optimization.

  • Basic understanding of video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

  • Storytelling Skills to create impactful, engaging, and relatable brand stories.
