• Violation of Recording and Sharing Prohibition: Any attempt to record, capture, or share session content in any way, including through the use of third-party tools or software, will lead to the immediate suspension of access to the Services. The violator may also face legal action for breach of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, defamation, or other legal claims as necessary.

• Severe Penalties for Violations: In the event of a violation of the above rules, Paddavi reserves the right to take severe actions, including but not limited to:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the user's account without refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal activity while using the Services, including but not limited to violating the laws of India or international laws.

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful to others.
